If you are having trouble with the electronic submission form, check the following:

  1. Do you have javascript enabled in your browser preferences? It must be enabled for the submit button to function.
  2. Is your version of Netscape or IE 6.0 or above? You must have a recent version of one of these browsers to use the submission form.
  3. Did you click "OK" or "Continue" to the security alerts some browsers raise? If you do not click OK or Continue, your assignment will not be submitted.
  4. Did you fill in all the blanks? If you do not fill in all the blanks, the assignment will not submit.
  5. Did you try to submit more than one time? Once you submit, the scoring function will not work properly again. Answer carefully and completely and submit the assignment only once.

If you have checked and corrected all of these problems and are still having trouble, there is an alternate method of electronic submission. Open the answer sheet. You should see a pop up box with a blank answer sheet. Highlight the entire answer sheet. Copy the text (File, Copy or Ctrl-C in windows). Open your email program. Paste the answer sheet text (File, Paste or Ctrl-V in windows) into a new mail message. Fill in your answers. Send to jballen@aol.com. Remember you MUST keep a copy of your work until the grade is posted.
